Spacious one-room apartment on the top floor, through the large windows and glazed balcony you have a wonderful all-round view. Bathroom with shower / toilet and skylight. Large south-facing balcony. 35 sqm.

Appartment PIANO und SCALA

These two holiday apartments built in 2018 on the ground floor and 1st floor are spacious and comfortably furnished with 2 balconies, enjoy the sun from morning to evening, bedroom, kitchen-living room with pull-out couch, bathroom with shower / toilet and separate toilet with window. Also suitable for families or prefer a separate sleeping area. 50 sqm.

• For stays of 1 week or more, including laundry and final cleaning.
• Extra bed EUR 12 per person.
  
• If you stay less than a week, a final cleaning fee of EURO 25 will be charged.
• Plus local tourist tax for people over the age of 14.
